Q&A
What should I know before Rejuran Healer?
How many Rejuran Healer sessions are recommended?
It depends on your skin, but a typical course is 3–4 sessions at 2–4 week intervals. Maintenance intervals are then set according to your skin condition.
How is the treatment performed?
After cleansing and numbing cream, the ingredient is injected with fine needles across the face or in the areas needed. Injection depth and spacing are adjusted to your skin thickness and sensitivity.
How painful is it?
Numbing cream is applied thoroughly, but you may feel a stinging sensation at injection points. If you are sensitive to pain, you can ask about combining it with MATRX conscious sedation.
How long do the small bumps last?
The small raised bumps at injection points usually settle within about a day. Slight bruising may last a few days, so leave some time before important events.
What are the aftercare instructions?
On the day of treatment avoid makeup and vigorous cleansing, and avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for a few days. Consistent moisturizing and sun protection support recovery.
How long does the treatment take?
Usually about an hour including the time for numbing cream; the injection itself is shorter. Time varies with the treatment area.
Who should not have Rejuran Healer?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have inflammation or wounds in the treatment area, or have had a hypersensitivity reaction to the same ingredient, treatment should be postponed or another option considered. Please tell us about your medication and medical history during consultation. In particular, please let us know in advance if you are allergic to fish such as salmon.
When will I see results and how long do they last?
Changes in texture and skin condition are usually felt gradually over several sessions. Duration depends on your skin and lifestyle, so regular maintenance is recommended.
The number of sessions, duration of results and recovery time vary depending on individual skin condition. Details will be explained after consultation.
